Southwest Chile Supply started with a genuine love for New Mexico Green Chile!  We love the scent of roasting Green Chile in the fall, the first bite of our favorite Green Chile cheeseburger, or that perfect platter of Green Chile chicken enchiladas fresh out of the oven!  Oddly enough, much of the world is completely unaware of this New Mexican treasure!  If you don't live in the Land of Enchantment then your only real options are bribing native family and friends to ship you fresh Chile, or paying high costs thru the mail for mediocre Chile!  Thus, SW Chile Supply was born.......to provide delicious, authentic, high-quality New Mexico Green Chile at the best price to those of us who are not so lucky as to have it at our fingertips!  Experience the richness of New Mexican cuisine for the first time or make your favorite dishes with our fresh-roasted Green Chile!

   All of our Chile comes ready-to-eat in freezer-friendly stackable bags.  You are NOT paying for stems and skin with us and even better there is no work for you!  Our Chile is packaged in 1 lb bags as to reduce any possible Chile waste and also for easy defrosting.  We NEVER re-wash our Chile, like many commercial green Chile, so it won't lose half its weight in water and it has the full, just-roasted flavor!  You can get the Chile chopped or whole- whichever you prefer!

You may also notice that we don't use fancy Chile lingo... if you want to know technical details, just ask and we are happy to answer any questions.  We do however, try to give the best descriptions of the Chile based on flavor, heat and other notable details like meatiness and what dishes the Chile pairs well with.  ENJOY!
